    Securely pack the item with the return authorization included. Attach the provided label.

    Drop it off at any authorized shipping location (UPS, DHL, FedEx).

60-Day Return Policy

You may return or exchange a new and complete product within 60 days for any reason. Defective items are eligible for exchange only. Certain exclusions may apply.

Backorder Cancellation Policy

Orders containing backordered items may be canceled up to seven business days before the scheduled release. A 5% cancellation fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund.
